1) What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to information we process when we send you communications by text message (SMS/MMS) and email, and to certain information collected on our website for analytics purposes and through CRM systems used to manage customer relationships. It does not replace any broader website privacy policy we may publish; rather, it explains how we handle communications-related data, website analytics, and CRM-based contact management.

2) Types of Communications

We may send the following types of communications:

  • Business/operational communications (SMS or email): appointment confirmations, service updates, project communications, support responses, outage/maintenance notices, billing or account notices.
  • Marketing communications (SMS or email, if you opt in): promotions, offers, product/service announcements, newsletters, and events.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and preferences.

3) Consent and Your Choices

You can choose whether to receive marketing communications from us, and you can withdraw consent at any time:

  • SMS/MMS: Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts (you may also use standard stop-words like END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE). Reply HELP for assistance.
  • Email: Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us to be removed from our email marketing list.

Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase (where required).

4) What We Collect

We may collect and process the following information for communications, analytics, and CRM purposes:

  • Contact information: mobile number and/or email address
  • Subscription status and preferences (opt-in/opt-out), including date/time and method of consent
  • Message content you send us (e.g., replies to texts or emails) and customer support communications
  • Delivery and engagement data (as available): timestamps, delivery status, and for email campaigns, open/click activity (where enabled)
  • Basic information you provide when signing up or communicating with us (e.g., name, company, role/title, service interests)
  • Website usage data (see Section 7) such as pages visited, approximate location, device/browser information, and interactions, typically collected via cookies or similar technologies
  • CRM records (see Section 8) such as contact history, notes about interactions, service requests, proposals, contracts, and account-related information you provide

5) How We Use Information

We use this information to:

  • Send you the communications you requested or opted in to receive
  • Provide customer support, respond to inquiries, and deliver operational/service messages
  • Maintain compliance records (e.g., consent and opt-out logs)
  • Measure and improve our communications and marketing effectiveness
  • Understand how visitors use our website and improve site performance and content
  • Manage customer and prospect relationships, including tracking communications, responding to requests, and providing services via our CRM systems
  • Protect against fraud, misuse, and security incidents

6) Service Providers (OnSIP and Mailchimp)

We use third-party service providers to send communications on our behalf, including OnSIP for SMS/MMS messaging and Mailchimp for email marketing. These providers may process your contact information and related messaging data only to provide services to us (e.g., message delivery, routing, analytics, and compliance).

7) Website Analytics (Google Analytics)

We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages visited, time spent on pages, links clicked, approximate location (derived from IP address), device and browser information, and referral sources.

We use this information to compile reports and improve our website, content, and user experience. Google may process this information as a service provider and may use cookies or similar identifiers consistent with its own policies.

Your choices regarding Google Analytics may include:

  • Cookie controls: You may be able to manage cookies through your browser settings (e.g., block or delete cookies).
  • Google Analytics Opt-out: You can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (where available) to limit Google Analytics data collection in your browser.

If you disable cookies, some website features may not function properly. If we use a cookie consent banner or preference center on our website, you may also be able to set your analytics preferences there.

8) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems

We may use CRM systems to organize and manage interactions with customers and prospects. CRM systems help us track communications, manage service requests, maintain account details, and improve customer support and service delivery.

Information stored or processed in our CRM systems may include:

  • Contact details (such as name, business name, email address, phone number)
  • Communication history (emails, meeting notes, support requests, and other correspondence)
  • Account and service information (requested services, proposals, contracts, invoices or billing references where applicable)
  • Preferences (such as communication preferences and subscription status)

We use CRM information to provide services, respond to inquiries, manage relationships, and maintain business records. Our CRM providers act as service providers processing information on our behalf, subject to contractual and security safeguards.

9) No Sale / No Sharing of Contact Data for Third-Party Marketing

We do not sell your personal information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may share information with service providers who help us deliver communications and analytics and operate our CRM systems (such as OnSIP, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and CRM vendors), and with professional advisors or authorities when required by law.

  • comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal process, or enforceable governmental requests
  • protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, our business, and the public
  • prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our policies and agreements

11) Message & Data Rates (SMS/MMS)

Message and data rates may apply for SMS/MMS, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

12) Data Retention

We retain communications, analytics, and CRM data only as long as reasonably necessary for delivering communications, maintaining business records, demonstrating consent and compliance, improving our website and communications, managing customer relationships, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the record type and legal requirements.

13) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information covered by this policy. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we work to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

14) Children’s Privacy

Our communications and website are not directed to children under 16 (or the age required by applicable law), and we do not knowingly collect information from children through our marketing communications.
